BPC-TB is a lyophilised blend of two synthetic peptides in equal parts by mass: BPC-157 (C62H98N16O22, 1419.5 g/mol, CAS 137525-51-0) and TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ, C38H68N10O14, 889.0 g/mol, CAS 885340-08-9). Each vial holds 20 mg in total, 10 mg of each peptide, sealed under nitrogen and stored at −20°C.

Two-peptide blend
BPC-TB is a blend of two separate synthetic peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500, in equal parts by mass. No published study of a pre-mixed blend was found; one 2026 rat study tested the two peptides individually and together.
