Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide, Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH₂, corresponding to residues 112–121 of human kisspeptin and the shortest fragment described as fully active at the KISS1 receptor (GPR54). Molecular formula C63H83N17O14, molecular weight 1302.4 g/mol, CAS 374675-21-5. Each vial holds 10 mg of lyophilised powder, sealed under nitrogen and stored at −20°C.
