Overview
KLOW is not a single compound. Each vial holds four separate research compounds: the three in GLOW, namely GHK-Cu 1, BPC-157 2 and TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ) 3, plus KPV, the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val from the C-terminus of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone 4.
The components are not chemically linked. Research on each is summarised in its own overview. This page covers only what is specific to the blend.
Components
GHK-Cu, 50 mg: Gly-His-Lys · Cu²⁺. Molecular formula C14H22CuN6O4, molecular weight 401.9 g/mol, CAS 49557-75-7.
BPC-157, 10 mg: Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val. Molecular formula C62H98N16O22, molecular weight 1419.5 g/mol, CAS 137525-51-0.
TB-500, 10 mg: Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln. Molecular formula C38H68N10O14, molecular weight 889.0 g/mol, CAS 885340-08-9.
KPV, 10 mg: Lys-Pro-Val. Molecular formula C16H30N4O4, molecular weight 342.4 g/mol, CAS 67727-97-3.
By number of molecules, the 5:1:1:1 mass ratio corresponds to about 18 GHK-Cu, 1.6 TB-500 and 4.1 KPV for each BPC-157. The batch certificate reports identity and purity for each component separately.
GHK binds copper(II) strongly 1. KPV, like the other peptides, has a free N-terminal amine that can interact with metal ions. Whether copper exchanges between components in this mixture has not been reported.
What has been studied
This summary found no published study of these four compounds together, or of KPV combined with any of the other three. A PubMed search for GHK or GHK-Cu combined with BPC-157, TB-500, thymosin or KPV returned only narrative reviews that discuss the compounds separately.
The only combination study found for any of these components is a rat study of BPC-157 and TB-500 given separately and together 5. It did not include GHK-Cu or KPV, and it is described in the BPC-TB overview.
Research areas
- Copper(II) coordination chemistry of GHK (in vitro) 1
- BPC-157 literature and patent review (review) 2
- Identity of the TB-500 component as Ac-LKKTETQ (analytical) 3
- First study of the α-MSH(11–13) tripeptide, KPV (animal) 4
- BPC-157 and TB-500 given together in a rat model, without GHK-Cu or KPV (animal) 5
Limits of the evidence
No published study has tested this combination. Findings for any single component, described in the GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV overviews, should not be assumed to apply to the blend.
Whether the four components interact in solution or in an experimental system has not been reported.

Questions
How does KLOW differ from GLOW?
KLOW contains the same three components as GLOW (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) plus 10 mg of the tripeptide KPV.
Has this blend been studied?
No published study of this combination was found. Research on each component is summarised in its own overview.
Can OzPept advise on using KLOW?
No. OzPept supplies KLOW as a research chemical for laboratory use only. It is not a medicine or cosmetic, is not for human or animal use, and OzPept does not give dosing, preparation or usage advice.
